Oh, The Horror, The Indignity!

Hello all! A trifecta of entries, Mom is really making an effort to to work on our blog! Unfortunately, the topic of this entry is not so fun or impressive.

Yesterday, we walked out to see this ...

Now we are not stupid so we knew what that meant. It's not like Mom can get in that little thing! We knew our fun filled smelly hours were numbered.

Poor Roxie is always the first one to go in because, as soon as she is sure about what is going to happen, she disappears. Mom has learned this so Roxie doesn't get to see anyone get a bath before hers. If you look closely, you can see she has her tail tucked because she is not happy. The only good thing you can say about going first is you get finished first.

Andy is pretty easy going and maybe hasn't had to deal with as many baths as the rest of us. He pretty much just stands there and lets it happen.

Jake and Maggie went next but their mom showed a little more restraint and didn't snap pictures while they were in such an undignified condition. Do you hear that, Mom?

Finally it was Sammy's turn. Sammy is never too crazy about getting a bath but usually it leads to treats so he stands stoically waiting for it to all be over.

And finally, the whole reason we put up with this process! Check out our new treats! Mom and Aunt Bec have switched (or are in the process of switching) us to Blue Wilderness kibble and canned food. Mom bought some of their treats too. We can say that they are very, very yummy. We don't leave any crumbs behind!

How about all of you come to our house and show Ares that baths are harmless? He shakes all the time and acts like the sky is falling. It's enough to drive a feline crazy.

I have never heard of the new food you are enjoying. I hope it's tasty!

Hi My friends,

Mommy is very said today. Huskee's Mommy lost baby Chloe and now she is at the bridge with her brother angel Lucas. Samantha said it is getting so full up there. Mommy is still crying.

She said she needs a Roxie fix and she don't know if we can wait 4 more whole days.

Please hid that pool before I get there...I don't want Mommy to get any ideas.

PS...missed ya in the cat room this morning.

Oh bath day. Now that is not cool. Couldn't you just take mom to the lake for her bath??

Hi, friends!
Bath day! I love them! I don't need treats to have a bath. It is like I need to give my mom a treat to have a bath!
Have a great sunday!
Kisses and hugs

I like the treat part but I can do without the bath. Last time I bit my Mom so I do feel bad about that but I hope she has learned her lesson. Mona told me she is coming to visit you, that is so cool.

AIEEEEE! It's a HORROR show!!! Oh, my. Are you guys OK? Really!?!? That is SO SCARY! I'm so sorry this happened to you. I wish I'd known. I would have offered you sanctuary under our dining room table. That's my super-secret hiding place. Keep it in mind next time, OK?

Why do Moms always insist on taking photos at the worst times? My mom puts me in the kitchen sink to get a bath and she has mentioned recently that it is time for one. I am not gonna let her see your post so she doesn't get any crazy ideas!
Love and hugs, Twix
