Our 100th Post!

Woo-hoo! We just noticed that we have 99 posts so this one is our 100th! Back in April when we started posting, we did not believe we would ever have 100 posts. We also could not have guessed that we would have so many friends around the world. We have more friends than Mom does! Thanks to all of our friends and faithful readers. A special thank you to Isabella, Cubby, Zach, Cairo and Dr. Susan. Everyone of us bloggers knows it's the links that help people find you and the comments that help you keep going. These are the friends in our original circle.

We wish we had something really exciting to tell you in our 100th post but things are basically the same day to day. It rains some. The sun shines some. We play with our toys. We sleep. We bark. We eat (and would be willing to do more of that!)

Oh! We went to the vet on Saturday to get our nails clipped again. Mom had been taking us to PetsMart for grooming but they weren't taking much off so our nails kept getting longer and longer. Mom finally decided the vet would do a better job. She took us on Oct 7 and then again on Nov 11. The vet said we only needed to come in about once every two months now since we run around and keep our nails pretty short ... once the excess was gone. We can still shred a pair on stockings in no time if Mom is not careful but we don't draw blood quite as quickly.

We had strangers in our front yard on Friday. Mom got new grass put down. There has never been much grass in that part of the yard since Mom bought the house. She has put down grass before and thinned the big oak tree but the grass still died. She decided to let someone professional come out and really work the existing dirt, add new dirt and carpet the area with sod. It looks very nice. We don't get to walk on it though because she is keeping it watered and she doesn't want us to christen it with its first hole or other *gift*.

It is Monday and on Friday we and our cousins Maggie and Jake are going to the country! Mom and Aunt Bec are really looking forward to it. Other than cleaning up after themselves, they are pretty lazy and available for sitting on and sleeping beside. Sometimes we are all outside and we bark at the cowdogs to keep them away from our moms! Our moms take their cameras and take lots of pictures. We are really looking forward to that! Once Mom takes some pictures, we can put them in our blog!

Well, we are going to go now. Thanks again for reading all 100 of our entries about us! We love to read about our friends. Lots of times we just read everyone else's blog and forget to make an entry to ours. Mom says we need to be better about that. Our friends miss hearing about us if we don't make entries just like we miss them. So, ok, we will try to do better.

** Aunt Bec just called. She wants us to tell everyone to read the 21st comment on the Nov 6 entry. It seems Maggie and Jake had to tell on their mom.**

Congrats on your 100th post! I have to talk to dad and find out what number we're on. By the way who do you guys have crushes on? You know Cubby and me have a thing going and Zack and Isabella...so what about you guys?

Hey guys!
Congrats on 100 posts! I think MJ just posted her 100th post too.. you guys could all boogey down together.

Anyway.. about making "holes" in the lawn.. I can't imagine three tiny guys like you making a whole lotta damage. Boomans are paranoid things, aren't they? Tell your mum she definitely shouldn't invite me over onto the lawn then.. my messes are quite potent!

Cheerio!

Woo Hoo! 100 posts! I sure am glad you kids started blogging, it's been fun, hasn't it? But it is hard to have something interesting to write about all the time, isn't it? If our Humans were more exciting and famous, like that Paris Hilton, we'd have more to write about. I wonder if that little dog of Paris's has a blog?

I read that comment about your aunt forgetting to feed you. We should have known it wasn't yur mom's fault. So your aunt owes you all a really extra yummy meal.

Have fun in the country!
Big Wags,
Isabella

How exciting! We can all start singing a round of 100 Daschie posts on a blog, 100 daschie posts, to the tune of that beer song!
