Whew - Halfway There!

Yippee! We have all of our international cards finished. Mom has them in envelopes and is going to take them to the post office tomorrow. She says she is going to start printing the ones for our American friends tomorrow. She has had a few of her co-workers ask to see the cards so we may have to send some out to them too. And our cousin wants one! (We love you, Jennifer!)

One other quick story before we go to bed for the night. Mom was talking to a co-worker in Georgia and he has adopted a 4 1/2 year old boxer. She was being used as part of a breeding pair. When the humans decided they didn't want to breed anymore, they were going to take the dogs to the pound. A lady who had bought one of the girl puppies said she would take the pair to keep them from being destroyed. But then the mom boxer and daughter boxer were not getting along very well so the lady didn't know what to do. Her stepdad, Mom's co-worker, said they would take the mom boxer. We don't know her name but we sure are glad she has found such a good home! We know all of our boxer friends will send boxer thanks to the whole family for saving those two!

Poor old Mom boxer - glad she has someone to love her for the rest of her life!

Humph - we dogs should be able to dump our you-mans like that! Not that I would EVER take the rents anywhere but a no kill shelter....

I am so glad someone was willing to give Boxer Mama a home. There are sure some rotten Humans that don't care about their dogs very much. Sad to think they only wanted the dogs as long as they were breeding them and making money off the poor dogs, and then were willing to dump them at a shelter. No wonder Linda likes dogs better than people.

Boy we are glad that Mom Boxer found a new home. Hope it goes well.

We are just getting used to our new place. We don't have a yard so Mom has to take us on leashes. Lady is too slow for me so Mom takes us out separately. I really like my long walks down the street.
