Bluebonnet ...and US!!

It's Springtime! That means it is getting warmer and Mom is taking pictures of flowers. She keeps seeing bluebonnets when she is driving home so she decided to check out Grandma and Grandpaw's bluebonnet patch. It is in the corner in the shade so only one flower has bloomed so far. Here is the first bluebonnet of the season in our yard!

Sammy was helping Mom look for bluebonnets and then something caught his attention ...

After Sammy finished helping Mom, he went over to see what Andy was doing. Those sneaky cowdogs come over to this side of the fence, so we need to check regularly that they are not there. It was clear this time.

Mom just liked this picture of Andy so she decided to post it when we weren't looking,

Check this out! Did you know that Roxie was part pointer dog? She has the stance down perfectly!

Well, that's all for today. Aunt Bec, Maggie and Jake came to visit us. We need to go find out what they are doing.

Woo! Nothing says "springtime in Texas" like bluebonnets! Thanks for letting your mom post that picture. We love the ones of you guys BEST, but sometimes a little "Texas fix" is just what I need. Woo.
Luv,
Dave

Oooh. I love that piccy of Roxie with her paw in the air. I can do that too. Although I am usually asking for something to eat or lying or my sofa.

Brill piccies and happy springtime to you all.

Hi my friends,

The Mommy was looking for bluebonnets yesterday when she, my Uncle Sonny & Aunt Pam were going to visit Aunt Annie in Highlands.
They didn't see none.

The Mommy used to take her Samantha to Brennan every year to see the bluebonnets & she said this year she'll take me...Maybe sometime in April.

I hope me get to see the Easter bunny tomorrow but me bet ya have a better chance to see him than me out in the country. I wish i could chace a bunny sometimes.

Tell Jake & Maggie hi for us and give your Mommy & Aunt Becky are best.

Love ya & miss ya ... Mona

Looks like the doxies are enjoying the country. We're jealous. Chicago is pretty fun, but it's not the country.
