Public Service Announcement for Houston

We interupt this doggie blog for some cat news.

Houston's Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is having a cat day. On April 16th, cats can be brought in for a free spay or neuter. In addition, if your cat is not current on rabies shots, he/she will get a rabies shot for free! This event is being sponsored by the Build A Bear Workshop Foundation. If you would like to read more about this event, please follow this link: SNAP

We have so many dogs and cats, that hundreds are euthanized (that's the nice way of saying KILLED) every year because they cannot find homes. Please have your pets spayed or neutered.

My parents got me fixed when I was a wee pup. Besides it is better for us when we get fixed. It breaks my heart to think of all the animals who need good homes. I guess we are the lucky few.

Hi Dachsies, I just dropped by to see how you adn your mom are doing.

SNAP sounds like a sensible cause. It's the only responsible thing to do! Good for you for spreading the word.
